All our sales are final and we can refuse a refund on damaged or undamaged goods, but we might be able to evaluate your request. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Cancellations Period: You might cancel your order only at the same day of purchase before process.
Request a Return: First you have to contact us via eMail to: Contact@ChefMartini.com and explain the reason before we move toward a solution. You have 7 calendar days to do so and open an evaluation for a possible return of an item from the date you received it.
Item Condition: To be eligible for a possible return (Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your case and possible refund after inspecting the item.
Replacement: We might only replace it depending of the item purchased but we will charge you for the shipping cost.
Method of Refund: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping and Packing Cost: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
